This Licensed Medicare Sales Agent role provides the tools, resources, and support needed to succeed in a high-volume sales environment. REQUIREMENTS

• Active health insurance license required
• Medicare sales experience strongly preferred
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a fully remote environment
• Professional and self-driven attitude
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to navigate multiple systems and screens
• Must meet all licensing and legal background requirements
• Must be free of current appointments with Humana, and Aetna

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle live, pre-screened inbound calls and assist consumers in selecting and enrolling in Medicare health insurance plans
• Make outbound calls to revisit and review Medicare options with consumers
• Provide knowledgeable guidance on health insurance offerings and plan selection
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience while meeting monthly sales goals
• Effectively navigate multiple systems and technology platforms during customer interactions
• Stay informed on Medicare regulations and comply with all Federal CMS and state standards
• Build trust with consumers by understanding their individual needs and recommending appropriate Medicare solutions
